Who is better? Marantz or Rotel?

Hi - getting either of this Amp second hand will anyone tell me whic is better?
1) Rotel 935 BX 40 X 2 W Rms
2) Marantz PM 66 SE ( Remote Missing)

Rotel is available with SONY CDP 750 & Marantz with Marantz CD63 SE .there is rs 3000-3500 difference between Marantz AMP + CD & Rotel AMP + Sony CD .



Also can remote of marantz can be replace by cheap universal remote?
