Will these components suffice for my PJ needs?

For mounting my Epson 6100, was looking at the following mount:

Tonosystems PWM 1

Tono PWM 1 Projector Mount

Is this one compatible with the PJ?

Also, my needs are some 30ft, but i think I will go with the following 50ft HDMI cable and play safe.Is this gonna work fine with 3D playback, as I have heard some handshake issues might arise with long HDMI cables?
