Wireless HeadPhone requirement

Hi,
Recommend a decent wireless headphone.
Budget - 1000-3000Rs.
Use: watch TV and movies (also through DVD player). Max distance 5 feet.
Priority: Watching movies.

Some queries:
1. How many wireless headphones can be used? I plan to have upto 3. Is it feasible?
2. What are the components needed to buy one? Any surround sound effect, virtual 5.1 available? Do i need to buy any separate components for 5.1 effect?
3. Can it be used with laptop too?

I have a Sony Refurbished Wireless system bought from US is up for sale. The set is less used and in good condition. As i bought it 2 yrs back it does not have latest technology. Model is RF960RK. PM me if interested.
