Had a similar query..
Yamaha YHT 296/ ONKTO 3500 or DENON 1312XP
YHT is AVR 3064+NSP20.
Also..home theatre for bedroom so..

All three of them are very good. Demo all three of them and go for the one which sounds best to your ear. If budget is more then go for separates ( AVR + Speakers package)
