I am new to this group. I am looking for expert advice. I am planning to buy 40 LCD TV.
I am not able to decide which model I should buy. I am planning to buy either Sony BX420 or Samsung LA40D550.
Which TV engine is better: Sonys BE 3 or Samsungs Hyper Real Engine? Which is more better for non HD content (I would buy Tata Sky or Airtel HD but not all channels will be HD)
(I would prefer x Realty of Sony but too expensive. Sony 40CX520 is available for 42K on eBay but it does not has manufacture warranty and model is also discontinued by Sony)
Usages will be
1) watching Hindi serials
Sport channels mainly Cricket Tennis Hindi/Eng movies
2) connecting with USB and laptop to watch downloaded movies (HD and non HD format)
3) Playing DVD movies.
Viewing distance will be 8-10 ft.
Not looking for Internet in my TV (would love to have but cant afford :sad: )
I want good picture quality and good brand. As per my requirement should I look for 32 LED. Will it give better picture quality. Which is less harmful for eyes LCD or LED ? Should I buy Sony 32ex520 led instead of 40 inch lcd
