The fallacy is with users believing it to be the absolute truth. No model or simulation can be that. It should be used only as a design tool to get a speaker going.

But give Martin King his due. He is not at all commercial, and has made his work available to the DIY community. There is plenty of merit in his work. Doing it yourself is the truth! After all, it is in actuality in front of you. And, in truth, the only person to be satisfied with the design, is you yourself!
