apple shuffle from amazon.in

Hi all

Apple shuffle from amazon is going at 2300 odd where actual retail price is 3700.
What is the catch here. Is there a problem with apple warranty or the product as such if I buy from these stores on amazon. The buyer seems to have 93% positive ratings

Need suggestions please
