Artist Image Scraper

Not entirely sure if this the correct forum to start this thread. Mods - please move if needed.

I'm running Foobar2000 1.1.7 with the DarkOne theme:

This is an awesome theme! One of the features it has is the ability to show the artist's picture when one mouses over any track. For this, it needs a .jpg called artist.jpg to be saved in every folder with the respective artist's picture.

I want to know if anyone knows of a scraper (like Ember Media Manager or XBMC have but for music) which can help me get images of the artists and save them in their respective folders. I'm currently using Google images and its a LONG and painful, manual process.

Please note: I'm not looking for album artwork. I'm looking for an automatic artist image scraper. Even semi-automatic will do

No one uses a scraper? C'mon guys! All of you who have PC based stereo setups, you must be using something for artwork!

I have a very large collection of music which already has all the artists snaps as well as albums snaps. When I use EAC, it automatically downloads the albums cover art and stores it in the sub directory. I manually also download the artist snaps.

If you system is connected to the Net, can you not make it pick up the artist snap from the Net and show it?

How do you get the artist snaps automatically? For eg, I use MP3Tag to tag my FLACs and it has a brilliant process to retrieve album artwork from the internet (Amazon is my choice, there are other repositories as well). In doing so, it gives me the option to choose the exact album artwork I want. However, the only way right now to manually download artist images is Google images. I'm looking for something which will do the mundane work and I just get to pick the image.
