Based on your budget you may even consider Onkyo HTS 3300. I havent ever auditioned it but its popular amongst HFV members. You may want to search the existing threads on this to know better.
I want a 7.1 amp for future upgradability which the amp of 3300 do not have
18 feet x 15 feet x 12 feet
the 508 lacks upscaling of non-hdmi sources hence I could not take it

Quite a big room.
Satellites is a no-no. Compatible for minimum bookshelves, even FS would do here for the fronts.
A beautiful, well-constructed speaker with class-leading soundstage, imaging and bass that is fast, deep, and precise.
