If you have rad Danny's earlier post, he is in talks with his Indian associate to import the consignment. If that happens, the consignment has to obviously go to Mumbai port as his associate's office is in Mumbai.

We need to get is done locally. And no issues to get rectangles cut using normal saw, holes made with any electric vendor who has jigsaw. For grooving it will need steady hands with handheld grinder tool. (or better idea welcome.)

Gluing, finishing and painting is common effort in either case.
