Best HD music streaming service for local songs(telugu,tamil)??

I am looking for legal best HD music service Min 16bit 48 KHz CD quality files where we can find good local content collection like telugu and tamil??

right now i choose Tidal for this (via Mobile Phone -->dragon fly USB DAC-->Hi-res sony headphone) but the subscription cost is high 1400/per month which i am not able to find the much local content which i feel is not worth to spend 1400/month ....which i am gonna discontinue soon.....

Also tried Tidal on Nvidia shiled but it only streaming hifi not master content like MQA......dont know why ,any one has luck to stream MQA to AVR??

Amazon Music HD entered to hires segment but will that be available in india Soon??
any suggestion on best CD quality like streaming service with gool local content collection ??

Currently i am using Amazon echo studio smart speaker with tidal hifi subscription. I can listen to hifi. But if we need to listen MQA TIDAL masters we need a firetv device latest one with a tv to cast MQA music on echo studio which can play. Sony 360 reality audio and Atmos music too.

Currently no one knows when Amazon is going launch hd music in india.
