Some more Update on Speaker Cable Terminal. I made a Custom Acrylic Plate to mount the speaker cable terminals. On this Plate the Crossover will be also mounted. Below are the Photos of same.

Thanks for the Complement & I dunno about PSB Audio... Its Just "A" & "S" stands the first letters of my 2 small daughters (Arzoo & Saara) & "B" is for the surname which is "Bhatkar" that's it.

Re: Book Slelf for Small Room & Multimedia Speakers

Amazing workmanship. Congratulations. Nice bit of the name. Proudly Made in India [emoji106] .
Is this only for hobby or do you make to sell as well? Just wondered because of the nameplate, I'm not looking to buy.

Its only my Hobby... But if someone is interested to purchase why not..

Pls Note : DIY is not always cheap

Admire your woodworking skills!! I went through your painting procedure and in that you had mentioned that you spray the NC Putty. Can you please elaborate on this? Do you dilute the putty with something before making it spray-able?

Cheers,
Venki

Yes you have to dilute the Putty with NC based thinner before spraying.

@ Sadik

Awesome build quality and good looking speakers. Will be eager to get some subjective listening reviews.

About the box - Hope they are rigid enough as i did not see any bracing inside the cabinets. I would suggest you to go for an interlocking joints if you want to avoid braces. This will ensure a rigid cabinet free of panel vibrations in the long run. I am not sure if the cnc machines do that kind of cutting where you can put interlocking joints for all the panels.

My 2 paise.

Cheers,

Hi Mr. Hari,

An appreciation from a senior & experienced member like you is a great complement for me. I have read your threads, you really take your work to the next level. All kind of stimulation's, cross over designing, tuning etc etc, I really appreciate your work.

These Enclosures are very Rigid. I really didn't felt the need to Brace them as you can see the size is actually very small & Second thing is its a Ported Box. It's a simple 2 way Design with ported enclosure. The Dimensions of Enclosure is 280mm (H) x 170mm (W) x 230mm (Deep). The Port Size is 50mm (ID) x 170mm (L). Volume of Enclosure is 7.161 Ltr, Tuning Frequency (Fb) is 62.41 Hz & F3 is 61.27 Hz.

Now coming to the Drivers. I have used "Iwai" Driver of 5.25 Inch. the Fs of same is 67Hz. & the tweeter which is used is "Dayton Audio - ND20FB-4 - Rear-Mount 3/4" Soft Dome Neodymium Tweeter".

This Complete Project including the cross over is designed by Mr Aniket (My Friend & our Forum Member), I have only Built this Enclosure.

Below is the graph of Enclosure, this will give you some idea of the enclosure frequency response
