Bringing TV from UK

I am planning to bring down a 32" brand new LCD TV from UK through my brother, what is the procedure for it, and should i pay customs duty here. Can somebody knowing about this explain in detail please. Thanx.

It is a good idea to get it from uk, in customs, there is massive coruption, one should have the ability to bargain, the savings could be very good on the purchase and customs front.
