budget integrated /T amp from hong kong

I am going to Hong Kong in 2 days. I would need suggestion for T amp or equivalent with tone controls if possible or integrated within budget of Rs 15000 or HK $1500.
Not bright sounding amps.

More important specific malls/shops which are reliable with contact no if possible to avoid running around.
quick response would be appreciated.
What about warranty in india?
By the way are the T amps cheaper in shops compared to online
