Cheap and Best manual pull down projector screen.

Hi All,

I am looking for projector screen size yet to decide. Thinking about DIY screen but mostly not possible due to rented house. So i am exploring other options. Please suggest good manul pull down screen around 7k. Setup is in leaving room.
Projector is ViewSonic px700.

Please share your thoughts.
