Cogram 4000 MK II - Speed issues

Hi all
My brother in Mumbai have Cogram 4000 MK II which he kept idle for few years. Now he started using it. But is is giving uneven speed problem.
Need help on below issues:
How to address this issue.
Can I suggest to lubrication of motor (as some motors should be be lubricated
Would Zorric spray can help here
Any more pointers welcome

Another point: Tried searching servicing manual, But There is limited info of this model on net. So any similar TT model have similar motor, platter design?

If its a direct drive, speed issues are usually caused by contact problems in switches and potentiometers. A good clean up should sort out the issue. Not sure about the internals of the COGRAM but not a good idea to lubricate the motor unless it is an approved option by the manufacturer.
 
As I understand, the direct drive system adopted in Cogram 4000 is quite complicated according to my mechanic. I don't know the technical aspects but it is supposed to use a different system from many other DD turntables
