Converting a All in one desktop to a Home theatre

I have a Dell all in one 2305 HD 1028p 23 inch display. This has a intel HM57 express chipset with HD audio and 7.1 channel SPDIF and HDMI output. I want to convert this system into a home theatre.

Any suggestions ?.
My budget is 50-75 K.
I live in Delhi
