DIY :Pass F5 Turbo V2 Joshua & Ali's Documented Build

Joshua's dropped of the boards today so i can tap the spreader and baseplate

Stunningly neat and accurate job i must say
im sure this took a lot of work

New cab shows 6 heatsinks and and extended size
the trafo is one really heavy boy

How tall are those sinks ? I have 4 the same but they are 11.8" high

I'm using the same heatsinks but 11.8" tall. And hopefully 3 per side. I'm not as good at building as you guys tho

mine are 7.5 inches tall each
thats why i took 6

with 11 inches you can do it in 4 pcs

sangram in kolkatta runs an almost fully biased F5 turbo with 11 inches ( 4 nos )

Thanks, thats great I need to try and figure our how to get a copper bar across my sinks like this too. That will really help with heat transfer. For now my heat-sinks are cooling my Hiraga 20w





I think I need to find metal bars like you found too, to put it all together.
was thinking of having them stacked high and making active speakers.

A crazy idea ? lol
