Fulton length speaker cable terminations: Legrand banana plugs with heat shrink to keep as cable as airtight as possible.

Cables are connected in reverse polarity at amplifier due to use of 2nd order crossovers.

The most difficult part of installing any new cables is the patience required for proper break in.

Knukonceptz OFC speaker wires sound pretty good from the onset of subjective evaluation.

DIY Fulton length (57 1/8'") cables made with Knukonceptz Kord Cable 12AWG and terminated with Legrand banana plugs.

The plugs are sealed with a 2" section of Gardner Bender 3/8"/9.5mm heat shrink to maintain an air-tight condition.

The new cables will connect from DIY Altec crossover to DIY Altec 414-8B cabinet replacing vintage Monster Cable 12AWG stranded copper.

Internal cabinet wires will be inspected and refreshed if needed with Fulton length cables.

Imo, it's more placebo. If you believe it affects then you do weird things like cable risers and hanging wires. If you don't believe then you connect your amp and speakers with wires and don't care how they are laid and just enjoy music.
And if you want a low cost and low labour experiment put thermocol packaging that comes with your amp/cdp/dvd player under the cables and see if it really matters 😉.

PS : placebo effect is real but remember its finally a placebo.
