Duty on Discogs parcels

Planning to buy some stuff off Discogs.
Unsure of applicable customs duty.

Does Discogs parcel to India attract customs duty?
Is there any maximum suggested size/value of parcel to avoid duty?
Any other suggestion?

Above 50 USD I have always paid customs. This is through India post. FedEx and DHL may charge more.

DHL charges are absurd. Example below.

Last week 2 LPs got delivered by post from Netherlands using discogs with seller declaring as gift. Declared value was 20 euros. No duty was paid.

I have bought LPs through Discogs from Germany, Netherlands. No duties were charged.
