Earphones advice

I broke the earphones of my Samsung Galaxy S I9001

I'm looking for something better than the stock Samsung earphones (which cost 500 buck). My budget is about 1,200.

I've seen Joker's post, but most models he's reviewed are way out of my budget and aren't available in India anyway.

I'm willing to spend extra only if there's a significant improvement in quality, otherwise I'll stick to Samsungs, which I think are okay only.

I listen mainly to classic rock [Led Zep, Clapton, Deep Purple, Dire Straits...]

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

get creative ep 630....will cost u around 750rs, but far far better than any expensive earphones, i am using since last 6 YEARS.......
