All your three options have same AVR - Yamaha RXV481... if you are going for Yamaha then you should also look for Yamaha Aventage.
You can look for Marantz AVR as well.... they sound good.. like SR5010 which is 7 channel, should be around 70K+.
There are lots of happy owners of Denon x1200 (around 42-45K), 7 channel.
Pioneer 830/831 are 5.2 channel powerful discrete channel AVR and sound really good, I like it as it has all the possible features of AVR with 4K upscalling along with 4K bypass, really useful if you have 4K TV.
For Sub, you have only looked for Sonodyne but I think Polk subs in the same range are most VFM products like PSW110 (around 17K, 10" driver, 100W continuous) or PSW125 (around 22K, 12" driver, 200W continuous).
For speakers, you have several options like Pioneer Andrew Jones, TAGA, etc... You can look for 5.1 or 5 + 1.

How large is your listening area?
