Feedback needed-Pioneer DV-3032 DVD Player

Hi Guyz,

As my Samsung DVD player is not working anymore, I plan to buy a new DVD player.

Application will be 80% music & 20% movies.

Systems:

TV: Samsung 32'' LCD
Amp: Marantz PM6004
Speakers: Mezzo 2 BS
Music: 30% in Audio CD & 70% in MP3

For my these requirements, is the Pioneer DV-3032 DVD Player ok?

I have seen that the Pioneer DV-3032 DVD Player is available in hifimart at quite competitive price.

Can anybody who has used this player give a feedback on the performance?

Is the performance (music & picyure quality) better compared to other brands like Sony. Samsung or Philips?

Go for a bluray player. You may have to spend slightly more but you will be future proof. Try one of the lower end Sony Samsung or Pioneer models.

Buy a blu ray player, it is slightly more format proof.
