Front Speaker not Available

Please let me know why front tower speaker are not available when doing manual setup of speaker in Yamaha Receiver but iam getting sound output in both FS
Please advice.

Is this the first time you faced this challenge or it has happened before? Try disconnecting and reconnecting and check.....

If the AVR is in a certain surround mode, then you only get options to adjust manually the center, surround and subwoofer levels.....

Put the AVR in stereo mode and check...you should be able to adjust manually the front speakers.....keep them at Large

Look around the menu, Is it in zone 2 mode. If you don't get it around or couldn't dig deep in menu just do factory reset mostly this will resort. Later do the settings as per your needs.

Still after this you face this then it's a DSP firmware issue you have to update/refresh firmware.

Not sure about Yamaha can it be done by us or by service centre.

we are able to find center speaker but fails to find front speaker.one think is we are getting sound on both the front speaker.
Recently we update firmware.
yes this is the first time .

how many speakers are connected to the system right now ?

It may be a silly question...since you are able to hear sound coming from the front speakers...are the front speakers connected to "B" terminal or some other speaker zone?
