I am Doctor from tamilnadu
All I wished is for minimum Dolby effect in my living room and I have spend more than 10 lakhs . Aa per the person adviced bought all , but no acoustic cos it is 20 lenght 15 widht hall i console myself cos of no acoustic I am not getting any effect
Now what I have is 7.2.2 marantz 6015 , and all Magnat speakers 2 medium uk based sub.
Now again they are asking 1.5 lakhs to add 2 more atomas and Poweramp .
What I want is a person who can help me in calibration, as a doctor I have zero knowledge in this feild . So if anyone willing to help me please DM me paid work I prefer .

Trying to understand what Dolby effect means?
You have a decent setup and the room size is decent so it should be possible to get desired results.
Let me try and break it down for you.
1) Source- what is your signal source? TV/ Blueray Player/ Streamer like( Apple TV/ Nvidia shield TV/ Amazon Fire stick)?
Unless your source is not providing Atmos or 5.1 audio I put to your AVR surround sound may not come.
2) AVR setup - what mode is AVR playing? Dolby/DTSX? Or all channel stereo? Check which type of mixing or upmixing is done. Or is it playing in just two channel audio?

3) Media - What type of media are you listening to if it's in stereo then there may not be surround sound effect.
I would highly recommend download Dolby Atmos testing track from Techno dad and see if sound moves as per the video.
