Help me chose a HTIB

I am looking for a HT package and my budget is round 40k. My main prority is cinema. I am just a layman but I would like to have the following options in the HT system alon with others:
1.4k pass through
2.3d
3.blutooth (optional)

I have zeroed in on Onkyo 3700/ Yamaha 1810/ Yamaha 2910. Somebody suggested that I can try for an AVR+speaker cobo. Pl someone help me choose
