Building a new one pls help me with the doubts

i am adding a new room to my home and i intend to make it an HT cum bed room ...i will have to take the wider side for the screen considering the windows and doors ...
will it be an acoustic disaster or can i fine tune it ?>???

i am thinking about projecting to wall using specialized paint .. so that i can keep it under 2-2.5 Lakhs with a BenQ w1070 (~80k) and Yamaha YHT 2910 (~40k) along with the acoustics and all ...

where can i get the specialized paint in india ..i meant the paint mentioned in another aticle to build a painted screen under 100$ ???

this is the rough lay out .. its a 16*12 room ... i will have to sit with my back against the wall to get ~100 inch picture .. i am thinking about removing the center 2 chairs and putting a cot

Sounds feasible. Plan layout of speakers and rack and try to conceal the wiring.

40K for AVR + Speakers in a 2 Lac budget seems little injustice hyeah: Consider increasing your budget for AVR + Speakers..

You have accounted for 1.2. Where's the rest of the budget going? You'll be much better off with separate AVR and speaker set in your 16x12 room. Consider the Quad Lite on hifiads.

i think some acoustic setups ,2 recliners , media player, specialized paint , rack all those will consume the rest ..but yes if you can guide me it will definitely help to to get a better audio setup ...

please see the attached outline ..i am going to have to take the wider wall for screen.. with back of the couch against the wall at 12' .. will that work ???

Look for Screen Goo paints they have dealers in India. Its a good start for home theater, consider upgrading amp and speakers.

definitely .. which should be the models available in india if i am extending my speaker+receiver budget to 2.5 lakhs ... can i get a 7.1 at that price .. will 7.1 do any good to this room dimension or make it worse ???

and i called up goo paints hyd ..they quoted 24800 +shipping for paint ...
