How to calculate subwoofer box dimensions without simulation softwares ??

Hi all... I'm just wondering is there any basic calculations we can do for subwoofer box dimensions ???

I mean, if we have TS parameters of the driver, how to estimate box dimensions without any simulation software ?? Is it too complex math ???

While you can definitely do your own math and acoustic calculations, design a enclosure, and add drivers... using a speaker design software made for that very purpose, will do wonders.
Many sub woofer enclosure simulators are there on the net...
