From what is written above, it appears that you have one Single box stereo / HT system along with a 2.1 speaker setup (120W x 2 + 240W Supplied Subwoofer) and a 5.1 speaker setup (60W x 5 + 120W Supplied Subwoofer)

Kind of confusing as to how you are using the setup. Can you explain a bit more.

I think the Denon 1311 for 22K, will use your main 5 speakers. However, you will have to look for a powered subwoofer (used 6k-9k on forum, 12 to 18K new, to connect to the amp, and junk your existing sub.

Cheaper- Alternate, you can buy a Yamaha, Onkyo stereo amp for about 14-16K, and run the cables thru your sub, to your main speakers (fronts only) and chuck the rear left and right and centers out.

Either ways, you going to buy something new, and chuck something old.

I saw an ad in yesterday's (24th Oct) Times of India. Onkyo Home theatre HTS-3100 selling for Rs.17K. Don't remember whether it was in Reliance digital or somewhere. You can check the online version of TOI for details.
I would say, Onkyo will any day sound better than a Sony all-in-one system.
So strongly recommend to grab the Onkyo before the discount goes off.

i have contacted nearest home theatre he said go for deonon 1611(28 k )5.1 reci
and power sub frm polk 10 inch( around 11- 12 k) ....
so im thinking whether to go for it r not
shall i go for onkyo TX-SR508(28k )7.1 rec...
i want gud sound frm music and also movies
so which one shud i prefer ...
