Interconnects

Hi All ,

Could somebody please in plain english explain why some interconnects are so expensive ? What kind of role they play in typical HT setup ? do they play any role in HTiB ( with HDMI and Optical connection) ?

e.g. Award Winning, Audiophile Quality Cables, Affordable Prices

Every wire has some resistance...more is the thickness less is the resistance but practically no body wants a thick wire...so these companies make them low resistant such as even a small sound signal of milliampere will be recieved by ur amplifier and corrosive free.i have observed the difference in audi quality with my convetional RCA and chord Interconnects...if you have some normal HTIB of sony or samsung then this will be a overkill...no need to buy decent ones...if you use a hi-end audio equipmnt then u shud definitely go IMHO

Don't bother with high end cables with an HTIB. They are useful only in a stereo setup. On a consumer level Denon/Onkyo or similar receiver, there is zilch difference.
