iTunes Vs Amazon Vs Netflix Movie Streaming :: Audio Bitrate?

Hi Folks, wondering if anyone has the avg. bitrate for iTunes Vs Amazon Vs Netflix Movie Streaming? I know Yamaha AVRs can display this, but I have Denon now a days.
Tried to use softwares like Wireshark, but could not understand much, I guess it shows 440 kbps for all . Any inputs here..

There use to be an option to see input signal.
