Learning Remote Control

I need an universal remote control with learning function. If any body know a decent one please share the link or address from where I can get it. Please remember learning function is a must.

Hi,
Logitech Harmony remote 650 is a good remote but the prices on Amazon have steeply shot up. If you are ok in using a used one then they are available on olx.

I have both Logitech Harmony 650 and 350 and even though 650 is more capable, I like simple interface of 350 better. Both bought on Amazon US and then carried home by friends...

To a very large extent, the IR remote that comes built-in Xiaomi phones are also quite universal.
