Looking for 47-50" TV. Budget No constraint. Pls advice. URGENT

Hello All,
I am looking to buy an 47-50" TV from a well known brand. (Sony, Samsung)

LG we are somehow not interesting in buying until and unless some specific model is highly recommended.

My requirements are:

1) IPS panel (as have small kids have at home , TV will be wall mounted and accessible to kids.so to avoid screen distortion, choosing IPS)

2) Good picture quality, not looking for very sharp colors. Looking for subtle colors as small kids will also be watching.

3) Good sound system

Any other points we should consider.

since you said budget is not a constraint
try OLED tv although its 55 inch (bigger tv is always better)
