Looking for a USB 2.0 recording interface <6000RS

I need a recording interface of decent quality, willing to go with an Indian brand if of good engineering quality. I need one XLR input for my mic, two XLR inputs would be better but optional. I need at least one output line (TRS) to playback music from my computer to my stereo to replace my PC's integrated soundcard which is very poor quality. And one socket for headphone monitoring would be a bonus, but not necessary. I just want very good quality, but aware that the budget is a lot less.
