Looking for Quality Keyboard and Mouse

I switched to the TVS Gold Prime recently. It has mechanical keys and a great tactile feel. It can be noisy - which might matter if you are in a shared office/other space.

I had the MS Ergonomic 4000 before this but it stopped working - and they don't make it anymore. The TVS is not ergonomic - it's flat.

After all these years, realized, this had become another annual subscription model purchase , and I dread anyone recommending a keyboard/mouse to me.

so , the current flavor( 2025-26 ) is HP970 creator and Logitech G213.

Using a FILCO mechanical keyboard which I bought on Amazon.in 4 years ago. It’s nice to type in and still going strong.

+1 to the FILCO mechanical i got one too a wired one a couple of years ago from https://stackskb.com/ for ₹12k - it's no nonsense and build like a tank.

also got a wired TVS gold prime unit (for the nostalgia) just yesterday off amazon for ₹3k because getting annoyed by unreliable key-clicks being intermittently lost on my wireless KBs.

edit: for mouse i got a couple of wired Razer Viper models - seem to be doing well - no button click issues so far.

I build my own mech keyboards. More of a hobby I’m currently using kailh clear keys since I like tactile keys and feedback. My latest keys are epomaker budgerigar and like them for being lighter than kailh clears ( guess I’m getting old)

I just bought a redragon K556 Pro. My first mechanical keyboard! Initial impressions are good. Quite solidly built - aluminium chassis with no creaks. Pretty heavy. Red Keys aren't too noisy. The backlight effects seem a bit childish, but can be turned off.

I assume you haven't lived with the Logitech Master MX series. Once you get used to the ergonomics, convenience, horizontal scroll and infinite vertical scroll, there's simply no going back to a regular mouse. I lug it with me on my outstation trips because every other mouse or tracking device feels inadequate.
I will keep this in my mind for next mouse purchase.

Cool thread! Was just thinking about a mouse for my photo editing on a new MacBook M5 and this has been very informative. Will check out the Logitech Master Series. Thanks all!

This is awesome! Can you please share some pictures of your keyboards?
