Boston Acoustics A25/A225C maybe?
Slightly over my budget.. But the depth of BA A25 is 22.5cm... Need to evaluate lil..
Don't know the price, but Energy Connoisseur CB10/CB5 might fit your requirement. I remember someone praising them on the speakers below 20k thread.
CB5 might fit, but need to check aval and pricing..
Maybe even the OEM SE 420 from hifimart.
This was one of my choices, but have requested hifimart to provide pictures of the rear side.. Need to check if it has key hole for mounting & threads for using brackets..
The depth of the speaker is juz 15 cm.. This is really good..
You have twin Taga SW 10 subwoofers, why not go for 5.0 package from Taga or Jamo 426 etc. Ask for same bookshelf speakers for fronts in lieu of Floor standers if space constraints bother you.
Do you mean inmovie 5.0 speaker package (or) FS speaker package from Taga?
Don't compromise on center speaker IMHO, It'll make or break your movie viewing experience manifold.
Nope.. In an other thread, FM Manoj.p had mentioned, most center channel (Horizontal MTM) speaker suffer from lobing issue.. So it is best to use a 3-way center channel (or) a 2- way regular BS speaker which doesn't suffer from this issue..
BA26 /25, 225c is a good option.
Will dig more on the specs.. BA A23 might juz fit.
I'm not sure about the current availablity of Three way LCR type universal speakers (can be used for front center or Surrounds) from Onkyo which will satisfy your requirements precisely. Check with local onkyo dealers if possible.
Onkyo...Might skip this..
Polk Has one smaller 5.0 package as well, which should gel well with your Denon AVR check that as well.
Sure.. Will check..
Polk OWM 3 will fulfill your need i.e. placement, Size, tilt etc and are within your budget
Sure.. This speaker looks too shallow, don't know how much of bass it can reproduce..
It would be good, if someone who has used Polk OWM3 could confirm the Freq Resp that was detected after Audyssey calibration?
or just take a look of Def Tech GEM XL you may like. Expensive but may be worth for cost.
This looks cool.. Will check the pricing & aval..
One nutty idea is to get 5 center channel speakers and use them with the subs. This will ensure timbre match and wont be a space hogger.
Actually a good idea..I too would prefer the same.. Initially thought abt it..But vertical position seems to be best position for center channel speaker.. Which means i need to switch to Acoustic Transparent screen for my PJ screen..
Do look at Dali pico's that can be mounted on walls and comes with brackets.
This looks cool too.. 84db efficient, think least efficient..But Dali price
