Hi Abhi,

i have downloaded the 5.1 file on to my desktop, its .rar file.
how do i play it, can i copy it on to a dvd and play it on my Pioneer 610.

Does the DV 610 support .Rar?

You will have to unzip all the rar files & burn the content onto DVD.

Note: if the video is in *.avi format, you'll have to convert them to *.vob (DVD) format....using any convertor & then burn them on a dvd (During dvd burner like nero9) ensure to set the audio quality to 5.1 channel.

DvD players will not support rar format.

Let me know if you need any more help.

Also audio files can be converted into multichannel audio :yahoo: ...

Burn them using any burning software (Nero 9 recommended) and enjoy with your HT or HI FI system...
