Need expert opinion by this evening on Optoma Panoview 100 inch matte screen

This is on offer used , in good condition @ 8300, with a manual pull down screen, more details here:

It is available this evening, so I need to take a quick decision. Is this recommended?

Is this 4:3 or 16:9?

Eitherways sounds like a good deal. Though thorough inspection is advised.

This is 16:9.Will inspect carefully. I need a retractable screen since a non retractable will cut down light coming into my basement, and I dont want to do that.

Ok I bought it-its a$:3, not 16:9, but being a pull down, can be brought down partially-not fully to make it close to 16:9.It's in very good shape and I am happy that I picked it up at that price point.

Yes George, pricing is good.

One thing though, since it is a 4:3, you'll get a smaller display area when you roll it to make it 16:9. Should be approximately around 85 inches. Hope this is alright given your viewing distance. Although, I have seen your proposed HT area, I do not your viewing distance, which wall you are mounting on etc.
