Need help in Delhivery courier tracking

Hi all FMs,

I have ordered a NVIDIA shield from Amazon.com, Aramex + Delhivery was the delivery partner.

Today they have marked parcel as delivered, but I have not yet received it unfortunately. Customer care does not seem to be much helpful.

Can anyone please guide what can I do next? Talking to amazon.com is one option but I want to try that last.

Delhivery is the worst delivery partner, they don't have support number nor they provide the delivery persons number.
But you do get a OTP, did you get one?
Best is to contact amazon.com and sort it out.
Luckily I had got Shield through UPS.

yeah I have the OTP, they marked the delivery without OTP.. Dont know how to contact them

Yeah I am too worried. Amazon.com I have informed they are waiting for courier partner update.

There is no contact to Delhivery guyz, worst. anyone has contact to any Delhivery guy who can help?

Did you try their call centre numbers? - 18001036354 and 01246719500. Works sometimes and most of the time does not work. Also raise a complaint with Amazon immediately.

I am surprised how come amazon shipped with Delhivery which is not good for expensive products at all, when I had ordered the shield the UPS guy even checked my Pan or Adhar card to verify was it given to the right person, I even had to sign.

That said, amazon will do best it can, you don't need to worry. Delhivery is so pathetic even World's best amazon might take time to connect with them.

Good thing is I received 3 such shield, whereas I just ordered 1. Will be putting up for sale other 2.

Good thing is I received 3 such shield, whereas I just ordered 1. Will be putting up for sale other 2

Good for you. Hope they don't ask back those 2 after you put up for sale.

Till yesterday no clue of the delivery and today you get 2 more for free

Yeah man, but behind this There is at least 50 calls and same amount of mails back to back till to Delhivery/Aramex head.
