Need opinion for Onkyo TX NR 515 & ETC 5.0 set up

hi Experts

Im planning to for Onkyo TX NR 515 with Energy Take Classic 5.0 from US and add a sub-woofer from India. Initially planning for a 5.1 for movies now and want to add up pair of BS later.

Do you recommend any other Budget Speaker system(5.1) instead of ETC within 35k for onkyo
Suggest a Sub for this combination?
Which BS should I look for these?

Do take a look at the Pioneer PK-SP21BS set of speakers. A couple of FMs have them and they seem to be performing exceedingly well. CNET seem to have rave reviews for them and the only negative is that they are quite large as compared to ETC.
