I recently bought a used Yamaha Rx473 receiver, the seller showcased the HDMI output working and the AVR's menu was visible on his TV. Since then I bought and tried connecting it to my TV but no outputs. Tried changing to other HDMI ports on TV and resetting the receiver but still no change.
The AVR is not recognised by the TV, shows no signal but weirdly CEC works. Changing the HDMI sources on the TV changes it in the receiver. What should I try next?
