My aim to start this new thead is to discuss all aspects of owning Nuforce amplifiers. As such people lookng into possible future ownership may also be interested.
Specifically:
1. What Nuforce equipment do you have?
2. When and how purchased, availability in India, and (optional) what price)
3. What were the contenders and why did Nufrce become the choice
4. What futre Nuforce components are you looking into?
5. How does your system sound? Any modifications? Active Biamping? etc
Let me start. For my system in the US I have Nuforce 9V3 monoblocks driving a pair of Magnepan 1.7's. I looked into almost all the popular brands. I chose Nuforce after considerable research looking into: Power vs impedance, type and class of amplification, CW vs dynamic power and their metrics etc. I also read reviews of how well the Nuforce monoblocks drove the notoriously inefficient 4 ohm MG 1.7 speakers, and finally how good the datasheet and specifications were.
I am lookin into replicating this setup in Bangalore.
