Hello All,
I have an old Sony MHC/HCD-GZR5D mini Hi-Fi system which is not powering on.
I would like to attempt a first level diagnosis to understand what component went wrong.
I found the full service manual for the model and is attached here.
I am first trying to check if the power transformation board is working fine. (page 61 in service manual)
On the board, with multimeter I see 240V AC coming between L and N points on the board. (see attached picture)
On the board, J and I will be AC or DC? (see attached picture)
