What is your budget & are you looking for new or pre owned?
What should the partnering kit for the kenwood be like , great fan of a good soundstage with all instruments in the musical piece portrayed as should be ; a laid back smooth sound preferedKenwood KA 701, up for grabs.
Does the arcam take the same route, clean, fast but a bit smoothWould a Arcam Fmj A32 interest you
Yes, make that ultra cleanDoes the arcam take the same route, clean, fast but a bit smooth
Have a Cambridge Audio 840a. Look it up and if it interests you then we can take it forward.Could go upto 50 k for a new one but only the sound matters will look actively for a used one if it ups my existing system significantly
I reallyshould do an audition of the arcam amp,Since you have the Arcam CD player I would suggest you to get an arcam amp. I used arcam A32 for a while and I was blown away by the sound it produced. Very clean and detailed sound. Check the usage and condition of the amp and decide about it. My strong recommendation is for an Arcam.
Thankyou for the linkCheck for Audiocontrol Rialto 600. Great Stereo amp priced around 60k. Heard it uses Arcam components and specs too are unmatched. Was compared by a friend of mine with Marantz 7k and CA amp(not sure of model) and had bought this.
