This Problem upsets me a lot

i even tried updating my firmware

should i give it for servicing or it is the criteria with DLP projectors (they call it as rainbow effect in DLP PJ ).

I am using LIBERTY 120" Glass Beaded Screen so there is no fault with it .

Please help me out

Prithivi,

I can understand how much you are upset, and you know very well that this lousy phase will go away once the matter is solved.

Indeed you are right, give the projector to servicing center.

My best wishes.

I can see a coloured band in 2 & 3 at the top, but that could be video itself. Have you tried any other videos?

And what exactly is wrong in 1 & 4?

Don't be in a hurry to send it for repairs before troubleshooting yourself.

yeah tried with other videos too and even in diff displays(monitor)

in 1st pic yo can find there is blur blue color

in 4th pic yo can find the task bar is filled with 2 diff colors i.e normal blue and faded blue

yes i don't want my PJ to be serviced so trying to sort it out myself

Can you check what is the color depth you are using and make sure its is 32-bit?

From what I can make out, at least the 1st picture can be a result of lower color depth setting. And 4th picture is normal, the line you are seeing separating the two blue shades is actually an arc in the background picture you are using on your desktop.

2 and 4 are strange, have you tried making the window size of player smaller and seeing the results? Does the band remain fixed in player windows or is fixed in the desktop?

try connecting some other source to the projector. Looks like you are getting this problem on the other displays too. If so, then its the PC, not projector.
