panasonic or toshiba lcd help!!

hi,
i am plannig to buy new lcd tv asap ... for my bedroom 32 incher would be enuff.. so i went to shwroom near to my house n i looked at panasonic and toshiba i was being offered 20000 for panasonic c5 and 21000 for toshiba pb21..
when i compared these 2 i liked toshiba better .. so i want to know that how good is toshiba in after sales service or anyone can suggest me anyother lcd..

and one more thing panasonic is offer 2 years warrnty and toshiba is offering 3years warranty ...

is toshiba wise choise to got with???????????????:sos:

hope panasonic has better black level as compared to toshiba, and even better audio i feel
finally ur eyes are best judge...
