Here's what I'm thinking of installing -

1. Component speakers (Kenwood) in front and rear doors. Front door speakers will cost Rs. 7000, rear door speakers will cost Rs. 8000

2. A 3000 watt sub-woofer with built-in amplifier placed in the boot (WorldTech)

Besides that, I have a pair of 300 watt Sony Xplode oval shaped speakers installed in the back. My music player if of Kenwood.

Would it give me great sound experience? Please advise.

Thanks.

1. you get better component speakers than kenwood in the market. I can make a list, but would suggest you check out shops and listen.
2. Rear doors, coax should be enough, which typically cost 4k
3. They are not even needed if you have speakers in the rear tray
4. Take that money and buy a proper boxed sub and a good quality Stereo amp!

What brand of boxed sub would you recommend? And also what brand of stereo amplifier?

take your pick! there are decent options from JBL, Kewood etc for both. Check what's available locally (specifically the model numbers) and we can help you choose

As Greenhorn explained, there are much better options around. JBL, Pioneer, Power Bass etc. Depends on your budget.

For the subwoofer, you could just buy the one you like and get a box made. Could work out cheaper.

How good would Kenwood be for the 4 component speakers, and the sub woofer and amplifier?

Hi

JBLs for Powered subwoofer......Pioneer as the music console....coaxle speakers 3 way for rear speakers....

Read online reviews on performance, available service spares and value for money

No idea about Kenwood speakers and subs. HUs are quite good, been using one for about an year.

Quite a few stellar deals can be had on Focal gear. Why not check that out? Bull Audio is also a good alternative.

Everything from the same make doesn't necessarily mean it will sound great.
