Plex server help

Need quick help guys. I have a plex server. On the shield, I can stream complete movies. However on the iPad, I can only stream 1 minute after that it says I need a plex pass or subscription. Is this only a IOS thing? Anyone uses plex on their iPads or iPhones? Thanks.

Apple means money. You need to buy one time subscription for plex and emby on ios devices. It costs around 300rs i think.

I think it’s not only for iOS but I haven’t tried with any other device then my iPhone. If you have a plex pass you should be able to stream in your iOS device

Yes Plex pass is different but With onetime app activation you can remove play restriction it’s mentioned in the purchase menu.

Plex is not free for mobile devices.same is free for Android box and pc afaik.

Thanks all, I got the one time activation for 300 bucks and now I can stream. Problem solved. Thanks again guys!
