Poor reception of Tata sky in Doha, Qatar ( Middle East ) particularly in Noon hours.

Hi,

I am using Tata sky in Doha, Qatar ( Middle east ) since last 2 years. I am facing the problem of distorded picture & sound in after noon hours almost for all channels except a few exception like Sony. But in night hours all the channels run good. I am using a big dish.

Can anyone suggest a solution.....

Is it Legal to use Tata Sky from places other than India?
