Hi,
I am writing this post after 3 months of my previous post where i asked about the speakers.
Well after 3 months, finally i have got Prestige Turnberry GR ( as gift
).
After 8 hours of listening, i have reached to some conclusion and i need expert advice/help.
Since i am pretty naive and don't know all the terminologies, i'll try my best to explain.
I have marantz pm8005, which i feel is not compatible with turnberry. the vocals and base is good, but i feel speaker is dividing the music in 2 parts: front music + vocals and background music (sometimes tabla , strings etc both high and low freq in back). front music feels nice but the back music feel suppressed.
is this because of the speakers and amp hasn't 'break in' or its the tunrberry compatibility with tube.
If any one is there in Bangalore and could bring tube amp (30w +) or could come and solve the issue, would be very helpful.
i am really missing that 'back' music
Thanks in advance.
